Delete your Play Karlo account

Play Karlo: URL Video Player · Developer: DeskApps

This page explains how to delete your Play Karlo: URL Video Player account (developer: DeskApps) and what happens to your data.

You only have an account if you logged in with Google or with an email and password. If you've never logged in, we hold no account data about you, and uninstalling the app removes everything stored on your phone.

Option 1: Delete from the app (fastest)

Open Play Karlo.
Go to the Profile tab.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm. If you use email login, re-enter your password. If you use Google login, choose your Google account again.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you can't use the app, email premcayt@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my Play Karlo account". We'll confirm and delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account login (Google or email)
Your name, email address and profile photo link
Your user ID and the notification tokens for your devices
Your ad-free pass record

What is not deleted, or is kept for a while

Google Play subscriptions are not cancelled automatically. Cancel them in the Play Store under Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Data on your phone (watch history, resume positions and settings) is never uploaded. Uninstall the app or clear its data to remove it.
Video links you paste are used only to start playback and are not stored with your account. Our server's request logs, which can include the link and your IP address, are deleted after 30 days.
